Olympic Sitters get Pain & Stiffness Relief

Simple Myofascial Release Techniques can help desk worker gain some relief from pain, stiffness and weak muscles.

  1. Stand up! Put your hands on the back of your hips, legs straight. Now bend backwards and hold for 10 seconds. Repear 3 to 6 times. Please do this every time you stand up.

  2. While standing or sitting, arms down at side. Roll your shoulders forward (micro rolls), the reverse directions. This was taught to me by Doctor Oz!

  3. Standing or sitting. Touch your chin to your chest, then face forward turn head to far right. Do not turn shoulders. Turn until you feel pain or tightness. Now slowly rotate your head while your nose makes circles.

This should help with Olympic sitter's pain.
