Our Treatments

Advanced therapies that treat the root cause of your pain
At Indy Myopain Relief Center, we combine Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy with advanced modalities including Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy and Frequency Specific Microcurrent to deliver rapid, lasting pain relief.

Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are hyper-irritable spots in muscles that cause referred pain  pain felt in a different location than the trigger point itself. A trigger point in your shoulder can cause a headache behind your eye.

Our Myofascial Trigger Point Muscle Activation Therapy (MTP-MAT) uses specialized manual techniques to deactivate these trigger points, re-educate muscles, and restore normal function. This is not traditional massage  it is a neuromuscular clinical treatment.

We also release fascial restrictions and retrain the brain-muscle connection so the results are permanent, not temporary.

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy

Our PiezoWave² MYACT technology delivers focused acoustic pulses that break up calcifications, stimulate blood flow in damaged tissues, and activate the body's natural repair processes including stem cell activation when present.

ESWT is especially effective for stubborn conditions like plantar fasciitis, chronic tendonitis, and calcific shoulder pain. It's the same technology used to break up kidney stones, calibrated at a lower energy level for musculoskeletal therapy.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent

Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) uses extremely low-level electrical frequencies — each targeted to specific tissue types to reduce inflammation and promote cellular repair.

FSM supports ATP (cellular energy) production by up to 500%, accelerating the body's natural healing process. It is especially effective when combined with our other modalities.

Postural Analysis & Range of Motion

Every treatment begins with a thorough postural analysis and range-of-motion assessment. This helps us identify the root cause of your pain and create a customized treatment plan that addresses not just the symptoms, but the underlying dysfunction.
