Nick Zarvos
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT, LMT, BA)
Nick is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist and Indiana Licensed Massage Therapist committed to helping clients reduce pain and improve overall wellness. He completed the certification program at the Indy Myopain Relief School of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, which included more than 10 months of intensive study, extensive hands-on treatment experience, and successful completion of rigorous written and oral examinations.
Nick is also a graduate of Indiana Wellness College, where he completed a 900-hour Sports & Medical Massage program with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques. His clinical training, combined with hands-on experience as a licensed massage therapist, allows him to provide personalized, results-focused care tailored to each client's needs.
In addition, Nick holds a degree in Justice Studies from Grand Canyon University, bringing a strong foundation of professionalism, ethics, and client advocacy to every session.
Nick's passion for myofascial trigger point therapy began with a desire to help his father manage pain and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. That personal experience inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others find relief, restore function, and improve their quality of life. Today, he brings that same compassion and commitment to every client he serves.

Steven Maschmeyer
Founder, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT, LMT, MS, ASCP-SC)
Steve Maschmeyer is the founder of Indy Myopain Relief Center, established in 2012, and is recognized as a leading Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist serving clients the United States and internationally. He specializes in the treatment of soft-tissue pain, muscle dysfunction, and chronic pain conditions, helping individuals restore function, improve mobility, and achieve lasting relief.
Steve’s unique approach is grounded in a strong scientific background. He earned both his Bachelor of Science (1970) and Master of Science (1974) degrees from Butler University, with studies in biology, chemistry, and physics. Prior to entering the field of therapeutic bodywork, he enjoyed a successful career in clinical chemistry and software management, bringing a highly analytical and evidence-based perspective to patient care.
After experiencing a life-changing recovery from chronic back pain, Steve was inspired to pursue a career in myofascial therapy. In 2014, he earned national certification as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), achieving the highest examination score in the United States. He further expanded his expertise through certification in Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy in 2015 and Medical & Sports Massage in 2016.
Today, Steve combines decades of scientific, technical, and therapeutic experience to provide personalized treatment for clients from across the country and around the world who seek effective solutions for pain relief, muscle dysfunction, and improved quality of life.
