Why Chronic Pain Persist

Perpetuating factors are conditions you were born with or acquired

Perpetuating factors are conditions you were born with or acquired that don't cause pain but slow your body's ability to heal. Here are some examples:

Do your feet turn inward or look like a duck when standing?

Is your second toe as long as your big toe?

Is one shoulder higher than the other in the mirror?

Do your knees turn inward, or shoulders roll forward?

Does your head lean forward?

As a child, did you sit on one foot or leg?

If you answered 'yes' to some of these, that's why chronic pain persists. Contact Indy Myopain Relief Center for help aligning your body and achieving a pain-free life. Natural athletes rarely have these issues, and once corrected, your balance, posture, muscle strength, and coordination will quickly improve.
